Prior to this role, I worked for Lloyds Banking Group for over 20 years where my latter years were as a Commercial Banking Manager providing financial services as well as an ongoing client relationship service.
My role now is to manage the administration side of the practice to provide our clients with a high level of personal service enabling Andrew to spend as much time as possible with our clients.
Prior to this role, I worked for Lloyds Bank, both in London and locally in Billericay branch. I began in a Secretarial capacity before to moving to a client facing role in branches during the 30 years I was there.
My role now is to take on any administrative duties in the office to ensure that all client information is processed efficiently and to ensure the highest level of service is provided. I also liaise with our clients with any help they need as well as managing Andrew’s diary.
